Privacy Policy

Summary

Amaze is a local application. It runs entirely on your device, and the content you anonymize (documents, files, and the personal data inside them) never leaves your machine. We do not collect it, store it, or transmit it to our servers.

What Amaze processes locally

Detection and masking of personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, and identifiers such as PESEL, NIP, REGON and KRS) happen on your device. Any mapping between original and masked values stays on your device and under your control.

What we do not collect

We do not collect the contents of your files, the personal data you anonymize, or your masking mappings. Enterprise self-hosted deployments run inside your own infrastructure, so that data stays with you as well.

This website

If you contact us or request a demo, we process the details you send us (such as your email address) solely to reply to you. We do not sell your data.

Closed beta applications

Amaze is in closed beta until 30 September 2026. When you apply for access we store the email address, the phone number (optional or required, depending on the version of the form you see) and the description of your intended use that you submit, together with your language, country, which button you came from, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to rate-limit the form. We never store the IP address itself.

We process this to handle your request for access (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and use your address and phone number solely to contact you about your beta access and the decision on your participation. The optional product-news consent is separate (art. 6(1)(a)): ticking it is never required to apply, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message. We keep applications until the beta ends plus six months.

Processors: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). To have your application deleted, write to [email protected].

Marketing (Meta Pixel)

With your consent, this website loads Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our ads. It sets marketing cookies and is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner — if you decline, nothing loads and the site works normally. You can change your choice at any time.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, this website loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages people read and where they arrive from. It sets analytics cookies, IP addresses are truncated, and it is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner — if you decline, nothing loads. Google may transfer this data to the United States. This concerns the website only: the Amaze application processes your documents entirely on your own machine and sends nothing to us or to Google. You can change your choice at any time.
